Does anyone or any stella in particular still checks this blog ar?! Eh boii time to stop smoking la boi. Not fun edi. Look what it did to WL in the pic below la sohai can die. But really lah try your best to stop lah. All that talk of "When we grow old we gonna be like them wei wtf" *pointing at old fag at the side holding up the old school coffee cup*


All that talk pointless lah really. Probably thats why you always see an old man alone lor cos his friends all dead edi. He probably attended all them funerals man wtf and every morning go coffee shop drink coffee emo there. But if u dont stop now then when? I used to tell Jon Wong i'll stop before or when im 21. He replied me with an "aiyah sure you canot do it wan lah" full of confidence when he said it. And i proved him wrong which is good. But then i also told him that if i can stop smoking i sure can lose weight also, this time...Im wrong wtf.

Quitting is seriously the easiest part of "Quit smoking". What is harder is to maintain not taking ciggies after that. The temptation, that voice behind your head telling you "Hey, its okay wan tiu, if u take..u very MAN ah!!!" and also the case that u have successfully quit taking the ciggies for one week then one day.."Eh, help me hold first can ar? I wanna go toilet lar" after that u start puffing away with it. I really wanna help the ones that are still smoking, but i wont do it if they dont wanna help themselves. This coming end of October is gonna be one year and I'm still surprised i did it. Share this feeling with me man I got nobody to share it with ah! I tried to encourage other friends to stop too. I got a "Eleh stop smoking 2 months only talk so much edi" i got pissed off really cos he isnt even trying and can say i talk so much? Nvm lo. Theres this feeling of pride and confidence after u know u are able to control the urge. The urge still comes to me everyday, everytime im workin on an assignment and everytime i have to do alot of thinking. But ive learnt to ignore it and the urge goes away after 5 minutes. Everytime i light a ciggie i always think that i need to quit, dont u guys get it too? Dont give me that fuck ego face and say "Noo...Noo..wtf is wrong with u" look coz it aint working wtf.

Lazy to write edi lah. Try to stop lah ill help you guys however I can. Yes i did took some pills that are considered anti-depressants to control the overwhelming urge i get when i first stop. But i believe u guys can do better than this without them wei

k not done yet. about another half an hour. i'm quite hungry ah what should i cook? ill probably do spag bog again tonight coz its really cheap. well relatively cheap la in the uk. it costs about.. like cheap of the cheap ingredients maybe 3 quid for 3 days worth of spag bog? which is equivalent to 18 ringgit so 6 ringgit a day. pretty good huh? its called cost cutting man kay. i was thinking right.. how come tarzan doesnt have a beard? i mean if he's bin livin in a jungle for that long right.. at least some fuckin stubble innit?
